3、投標人資格要求
投標人應具備的資格或業(yè)績:1、投標人必須提供企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本或者注冊登記證； 2、投標人如為代理商，則必須提供該設備制造商出具的授權函正本，或制造商的國內(nèi)控股子公司授權函正本；投標人如為制造商授權中國總代理或中國區(qū)域代理，須提供總代授權或區(qū)域代理授權書復印件，如有需要，須提供正本備查；如為中國總代或中國區(qū)域代理轉授權，則必須提供總代或區(qū)域代理出具的該項目下的專項授權書正本 3、投標人開戶行開具的開標前三個月內(nèi)資信證明原件或該原件的復印件； 4. 單位負責人授權書。
